How to install
- Tap “Download NHimmo” and wait for the download to finish.
- Open the file from the notification or the Downloads folder.
- If Android asks, allow installs from your browser (Settings → Install unknown apps).
- Tap “Install”, then open NHimmo.
What's new in this version
Choose how a tenant's advance payment is used: rent and charges, or rent only.
- Use of advance payments: a tenant's advance can settle the next invoices in full (rent and charges) or the rent only, with charges still paid every month.
- Default setting in Settings → General → Billing, adjustable for each lease without affecting other tenants.
- Charges due and advance on rent shown separately (rentals, lease page, payments, dashboard, receipts, history sheet, Excel export).
- Long tenant names are neatly shortened on apartment cards.
