You may be wondering…
Does NHimmo work without internet?
Yes. Every feature (readings, invoices, payments, PDFs, exports) works offline. Internet is only needed to share a document or send a backup.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your phone. No management data is sent to a server. Remember to create regular backups and keep them somewhere else (Drive, email, USB stick).
Which devices can I install it on?
Android phones and tablets running Android 7.0 or later. The app is not available on iPhone yet.
How do I install the downloaded file?
Open the downloaded file and allow installation from your browser if Android asks. Detailed steps are on the download page.
Can I manage water, electricity and gas?
Yes. Each meter type has its own unit price, maintenance fee and VAT. You can add a new type at any time.
Can English-speaking tenants get documents in English?
Yes. Each tenant has a document language: their invoices, receipts and statements are produced in French or English.
